NEXIA NS Series industrial washing machine frontal type for Stone Washing Treatments is designed to optimize washing treatments of ready-made garments either by pumice stone or enzymatic wash. It is a silent and powerful washing machine, created to reduce consumption of water, energy and chemical elements for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly production cycle. Equipped with a low-speed extractor (NS 420) and high-speed extractor (NS 420C)
The machine comes with a pre-extractor, but the most innovative features is the “patent pending” system of drum and beaters. The drum is made of 5 mm thick AISI stainless steel, properly perforated to guarantee a perfect cycle of the bath inside the drum.
The thick support shaft is made from a single metal casting to guarantee long machine life.
The complete drum shaft block is held up by a specific support installed at the rear to enable easy access for maintenance.
The front of th machine is made entirely of stainless steel.
