The new LCB series, with sanitary barrier, are laundry machines with particular sturdy construction standards, equipped with special devices that make it extremely simple and easy to use, allowing low running and maintenance costs.
The new LCB series, with sanitary barrier, are supplied with a double door: the first one for the loading of the dirty laundry and the second one, on the opposite side, is dedicated to the unloading of the washed and clean laundry.
The new LCB series are front loading machines with high speed centrifuge integrated with an electronic self-balancing system (650 rpm – only on models 220/330) which guarantees a perfect balance during the centrifuge phase, thus avoiding annoying vibrations may affect the frame structure of the machine and the floor. Thanks to the introduction of this system De Franceschi increases furthermore the reliability of its machines succeeding in reducing the extraordinary maintenance costs.

Liter counter for the exact quantity of water to be used in the various dyeing phases.
Disc brake for positioning the basket and for emergency braking.
Braking during the various washing phases carried out with the action of the inverter on the motor. Video controlled computer able to control all the various dyeing phases.
Centrifugal speed complete of self-balancing system.

Automatic and manual commands all performed using the computer keyboard.
Supports detached from the bath containment tank to prevent damage to the bearings in case of water leaks from the sealing rings
Rotating basket and bathtub in stainless steel AISI 316. N ° 1 vessel capacity of l.200, for the preparation of auxiliary products complete with pump introduction in AISI 316, pneumatic shut-off valves in AISI 316 for the delivery of products in the machine and rinsing in the sewer.
The tanks are equipped with automatic rinsing complete with pneumatic shut-off valve. The automation is automatic plus consists of selectors installed on a special control panel placed on the tanks.
