Nexia ND Sampling

NEXIA ND Series sampling machines comes with a new compact and captivating design. The high-speed dyeing system reduces the use of the liquor ratio and prevents any possible abrasion or knotting during the operation. The system ensures the complete penetration of dyeing even with the most delicate garments fiber reducing considerably the cycle time.

The main revolutionary system of this new generation machines are the beaters, they are extractable and interchangeable with different shapes for various types of treatments. NEXIA ND sampling series has been projected to reproduce the same results and effects of production machines and satisfy any type of treatment.

ENERGY SAVING

The space between the drum and the containment tank is reduced to the minimum, this characteristic permits to work with the minimum quantity of liquor ratio(1 to 3), saving water, energy with green consumption.

STRUCTURE

  • The structure is completely made of stainless steel.
  • N° 2 products tank with automatic introduction by gravity placed in the left side of the machine.
  • All inlets and outlets of water and steam are complete of pneumatic valves made of stainless steel inox 316.

PC CONTROL

All NEXIA machines can be connected with a new remote assistance service which allows us to fix any issue, Nexia expert Team next to you to satisfy any customized requirements.

AUTONOMY

Indirect heating and cooling system through a coil placed in the tank of containment of dyeing bath.

PROGRAMMING

2 product tanks with automatic gravity introduction placed on the left side of the machine. The introduction can be programmed or step by step by setting the recipe on the microprocessor.

Touch screen operator panel to control all machine functions, simple to use with wide number of automated programs.

 

SAFETY

Manual inspection porthole and external door complete with operator safety.
